we invite all sponsors, volunteers, attendees, commentators, media, and other participants to help us realize a safe and positive experience for everyone

all determinations of appropriate or inappropriate behavior are at egodilate’s & babyrat’s discretion and the decision(s) will be final

TL;DR

• be considerate and respectful - to each other, to staff, to the public at vasen
• encourage fair play & good sportsmanship
• accept the outcomes of matches gracefully - be mindful of pop offs !
• refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech
• be mindful of your online presence and those of your fellow participants
• alert tournament organizers if you notice a dangerous/inappropriate situation or someone in distress
• follow all venue rules and restrictions (NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL - GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE - DON’T GO OUT THE BACK DOORS - CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF - TIP THE BARTENDERS)

any behavior which makes another person feel unsafe or uncomfortable to the point of being unable to enjoy their experience at inyim can be considered harassment

this includes:

• any offensive comments, innuendoes, verbal abuse, hostile electronic communications, sexual propositions, inappropriate jokes, unwelcome photography or videography, displays of sexual imagery, unwanted or inappropriate physical contact, physical intimidation, stalking, or disruption of tournament sets

actions that compromise the safe and respectful environment of the venue are not acceptable from any member of our community, whether they be attendees, spectators, volunteers, organizers or staff

anyone asked to stop unacceptable or harassing behavior is expected to do so immediately

staff and/or organizers may intervene in response to a problem as appropriate, up to asking you to leave the venue immediately without warning, compensation, or refund

if you experience harassment at inyim, or notice someone else being harassed, please contact ego or babyrat right away, so we can help put a stop to it

we promise to listen and to treat you with respect and confidentiality

please watch out for each other and help us to take care of you
