hi! i'm gonna be working on this for a while.
i'm k! i'm 29 and i live in rva with my two angels, my cat greg and my partner kyle. i play marth and i love rva melee.
i've been organizing inyim for the last two years and change with kyle, and it has been a face-first dive into every aspect of the scene. i really struggled when i started; the game is hard and i'm over-employed (and underpaid) and it doesn't feel good to be bad at something, even if it's fun.
inyim quickly became my tether to "belonging." if i could be in service to the scene, i feel like less of an intruder.
that's how it started, anyway! i was 6 months into learning the basics when we ran the first tournament at vasen. i crashed out as a TO and a competitor in equal measure, but the tournament and i have grown so much since then.
